Shipping processing time

Paintings are packed and dispatched within three to five working days of your order. Larger works and works that have just been varnished may need a little longer, and I will always tell you if so.

Domestic shipping rates and estimates

Free delivery is included in the price of every artwork sent to a UK address. No delivery charge is added at checkout.

Small and medium works are sent by insured courier and typically arrive within five to ten working days of dispatch. Larger works, above approximately one metre, are sent by specialist fine art courier on scheduled routes and may take up to fourteen working days. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and Northern Ireland may take longer.

All works are fully insured while in transit.

Local delivery

Deliveries within London may be made in person by me, by arrangement and at no charge. It is my favourite way to deliver a painting, and it means I can see it safely into place.

International shipping

International orders are arranged individually, as crating, courier and insurance vary considerably by destination. Please contact me before ordering and I will quote for your address.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an email when your painting leaves the studio, with tracking details where the courier provides them.

Customs, duties and taxes

Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price.

Damages

Please inspect your artwork on arrival. Report any damage within seven days of delivery, with photographs of the work and the packaging, to hello@annettepriceart.com. I will arrange a repair, a replacement or a full refund.
