Licensing Art For Your Own Branding Or Products

Licensing My Work

Bring the Movement of Water into Your Project

My paintings are available to license for publishing, marketing, products and interiors. If you have ever wanted the shimmer of light on water, the rush of a river in spate or the calm of a woodland pool to run through your book cover, brand campaign or product range, licensing lets you use my artwork while I retain the original.

What Licensing Means

When you license one of my paintings, you are buying the right to reproduce the image for an agreed purpose, in an agreed place, for an agreed length of time. I remain the copyright holder, and the original painting stays with me or its collector. This keeps licensing affordable: you pay for the use you need, not for the artwork itself.

Ways My Work Can Be Used

• Publishing. Book covers, interior illustrations, magazine features, journals and editorial use.
• Marketing and advertising. Websites, social media campaigns, brochures, packaging and brand imagery. My water themes suit wellness, travel, environmental and outdoor brands particularly well.
• Products and merchandise. Stationery, homeware, textiles, prints and gift ranges, usually under a royalty arrangement.
• Interiors and hospitality. Large-format reproductions for hotels, spas, offices and healthcare settings.
• Film, television and digital. Set dressing, title sequences and app or game artwork.

If your intended use is not listed here, do still get in touch. Unusual projects are often the most interesting ones.

Indicative Pricing

Every licence is priced individually, because the fee depends on how the image will be used, where, for how long, and whether you need exclusivity. Exclusive licences, worldwide territories and longer durations increase the fee. Registered charities, community projects and educational uses may qualify for reduced rates, so please ask.

How to Request a Quote

Use the form below and fill in as much of the information as you can.

I will normally reply within two working days with a quote and a simple written licence agreement setting out the terms.

The Small Print, in Plain English

• I retain copyright in all my work at all times.
• A credit in the form “Artwork © Annette Price” is required unless we agree otherwise.
• Licences are non-transferable and cover only the uses we agree in writing.
• My artwork may not be used to train artificial intelligence systems, nor altered or cropped in ways that misrepresent it, without my written permission.
• High-resolution files are supplied on payment of the licence fee.
