Return and refund policy

I want you to live with the work happily. If a painting is not right for you, here is exactly how it works.

Returns

You have fourteen days from the day you receive your artwork to tell me you would like to return it. Email hello@annettepriceart.com, and I will confirm in writing.

Once you have told me, please return the work within a further fourteen days. Artworks must come back in their original packaging and in the condition in which they arrived. You are responsible for the cost and the safe return of the work, and I would strongly recommend a fully insured service, as I cannot refund a work that arrives back damaged.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your artwork as soon as it arrives. If it is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email me within seven days of delivery with photographs of the work and the packaging. Nothing above is your cost in that case: I will arrange a repair, a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Commissioned paintings are made to your own specification and are not covered by the right to cancel. The commission process includes written approval stages before the work is completed, and all terms are agreed in writing before any deposit is taken.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you would rather exchange a work for another, tell me within the fourteen day window and return the original as above. I will then invoice or refund the difference in price.

Your right to cancel

For artworks bought from this website, you have a statutory right to cancel within fourteen days of receiving them, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. That right does not apply to commissioned work made to your specification, as set out above. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

I will refund the full purchase price within fourteen days of the returned work reaching me safely. Refunds are made to your original payment method, including Klarna, and may take a few working days to appear depending on your bank.
