Refund policy

If you have bought an original painting from this website and change your mind, you have the right to cancel within fourteen days of the day you receive it. Let me know in writing at hello@annettepriceart.com, and return the painting within fourteen days of telling me.

Works must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition in which they arrived. You are responsible for the cost and safe return of the work, and I would strongly recommend an insured service. I will refund the full purchase price within fourteen days of receiving the painting back.

Commissioned paintings are made to your specification and are not covered by this right of cancellation. The commission process includes an approval stage before the work is completed, and terms are agreed in writing before any deposit is taken.

If a painting arrives damaged, this policy does not apply and nothing above is your cost. Contact me with photographs and I will arrange a repair, a replacement or a full refund.
