A commissioned painting is unlike anything you can find in a gallery or a shop. It is made with your home in mind:
your walls, your colours, your rooms, the way you live.

Whether you are redecorating a living room, furnishing a new home, or looking for a truly personal piece to anchor a space you love, a bespoke original painting brings something very special into a home that cannot be bought off the shelf, especially when it is made by an artist with a genuine obsession with her subject.

  • How It Works

    Every commission begins with a conversation. I want to understand not just your space, but how you live in it: the light, the colours you love, the feeling you want the room to have. If you are in London, I am happy to visit in person. Otherwise we can talk by video call or email, whatever suits you best.

    From there I work up colour directions and compositional ideas, sharing these with you before I begin painting. You will see progress photographs as the work develops and have the chance to give input along the way. Nothing is finalised without your confidence in it.

    When the painting is finished, I will deliver it personally if you are in London, at no extra cost. For clients
    elsewhere in the UK or further afield, I use specialist art couriers and will discuss this with you before you commit.

    Every painting comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

  • A Collaboration, Not A Transaction

    Commissioning a painting should feel like a collaboration. I will take time to really listen to what you are looking for, ask questions you might not have thought to ask yourself, and share ideas as they develop. You will never feel left in the dark about where the painting is heading.

    Watching an original work come to life that has been made specifically for your home is something quite special, and I want you to feel that at every stage, from our first conversation to the moment it goes up on your wall.

A Commission As A Gift

A bespoke commissioned painting makes an exceptional gift for someone you know well. Whether it is for a significant birthday, a wedding, an anniversary or a housewarming, a painting made with a specific person and their home in mind is one of the most personal and lasting gifts it is possible to give.

If you are buying a commission as a gift, I am very happy to work with you on how best to handle the conversation with the recipient, whether you would like to involve them from the start or surprise them with a finished work.

Original Paintings and Hand-Embellished Works

Not every commission needs to begin from a blank canvas. I am developing an option for clients who would like a unique, one-of-a-kind piece at a more accessible price point: hand-embellished canvas prints, where I work directly onto a high-quality print of one of my paintings, adding texture, gold, silver or copper leaf, and paint by hand. Each one is completely unique.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will a commission take?
Typically six to eight weeks, depending on the scale of the project and my current workload. If you have a deadline, please mention it when you get in touch.

How are commissions priced?
Each commission is priced individually according to size, complexity and materials. Please get in touch for a quote.

What size can a commissioned painting be?
I work across a wide range of sizes, from smaller intimate pieces to large-scale paintings designed to fit a wall. If you have a specific size in mind, or a wall you you would like a painting to compliment, let me know and we can discuss what would work best.

Can I commission a painting as a gift?
Yes, absolutely. A bespoke painting makes a wonderful gift for a birthday, anniversary, wedding or housewarming. Get in touch and we can talk through how to make the process work for you and the recipient.

Can I see progress during the process?
Yes, always. I share photographs throughout and welcome your input at every stage.

Do you work outside London?
Yes. I consult by video call for clients outside London, and use specialist couriers for delivery.

What style are your paintings?
