This collection of paintings is my abstract response to spring as it bursts into life, pushing aside the lingering cold and greyness of winter.

Brooks weave through woodlands brimming with new life. Leaves glow with fresh green intensity, and wildflowers push through the shadows in soft, delicate hues. Some waters glide calmly, reflecting sky and cloud and the fragile shapes of young foliage, while others rush with exuberance, leaping over stones and exploding into spray.

Through abstraction, I aim to express the vivid interplay between nature, water and the remarkable light that arrives with spring. These paintings are joyful, bright and full of optimism.
