About Your Canvas Prints

Canvas Art Prints
Canvas prints are beautiful and work in all spaces from large wall art for hotel foyers and the office boardroom to smaller pieces for homes and offices.

Archival
Print Longevity is essential. If you are an interior designer, you will want to know that the art you choose to compliment your client’s interiors will last for many years. Your reputation depends on it. And print longevity is just as important if you want art for your own home or office.
My prints are made by a professional lab who give a 100+ year colour guarantee. So, providing you don’t hang your print in direct sunlight or in a damp bathroom, it will last for a very long time.

Made to order
Each print is individually made to order by a professional lab using the finest materials.

Size Matters!
If the print size options specified with each print do not fit your needs, I can create custom sizes for you. Most images on this site will print up to 3 x 1.4 meters on canvas.

What are the prints made of?
The frame:
The museum-quality artist’s stretcher bars, which form the frame, are made of European kiln-dried knotless pine. This is extremely hard-wearing and not susceptible to warping like other, less expensive woods are prone to do.
The Canvas:
The 400gsm canvas material is a finely textured artist-grade cotton canvas, which consistently reproduces images with outstanding clarity and detail.
The Inks:
The prints are made using a 12-colour Giclée process, which gives excellent colour reproduction and the inks are archival.

Mirrored Edge
Canvas wraps look lovely but some of the image is lost by being wrapped around the canvas frame.
To prevent this and keep the whole of the image on the front of the canvas, my printer copies the edge of the picture and prints it as a ‘mirrored image’ to be wrapped around the canvas. This retains the full image on the front of the canvas while creating a modern and classy canvas wrap look.
