The Daily

Abstract

These abstracts are small paintings that I create to experiment with different ideas, techniques and materials. They are a visual diary of abstract ideas which I hope you will enjoy.

Mixed media abstract pallet knife painting;

  • Acrylic paints
  • Chalk pastels
  • Watercolour paper. 32cm x 24cm

At last weekend's Parallax Art Fair I unfortunately caught covid, so my little Daily Abstract paintings, over the past few days, have been created in a covid brain fog (from Untitled 1). Painting abstracts and experimenting with colour, pattern and form is a relaxing way of distracting yourself when being isolated at home. I'm still in that covid brain fog state, which is not a lot of fun, but I'm really hoping you will enjoy these colourful abstracts, which I shall continue to paint....

 Check back tomorrow for another painting.....
